Streszczenie

Fat grafting, czyli przeszczep tłuszczu, to procedura chirurgiczna, w której autologiczny tłuszcz jest pobierany z jednej części ciała, odpowiednio preparowany i następnie przenoszony w inny obszar. Technika ta, początkowo wykorzystywana głównie w celach kosmetycznych, obecnie stanowi perspektywę m. in.  w chirurgii rekonstrukcyjnej i medycynie regeneracyjnej. Przeszczepianie tłuszczu jest nadzieją współczesnej chirurgii, a wskazania do jego wykorzystania stale rosną. Wykorzystuje się go zarówno w zabiegach powiększania piersi, wypełniania zmarszczek, jak i w leczeniu chorób o podłożu autoimmunologicznym. Innowacją na rynku było wprowadzenie nanofat graftingu, który w sposób efektywny ujędrnia i poprawia strukturę skóry. To obiecująca technika, która może zaspokoić zapotrzebowanie na zabiegi odmładzające i regeneracyjne. Autologiczny transfer tłuszczu jest bezpieczną, niezawodną i skuteczną procedurą dla wielu powszechnych stanów klinicznych. Liczne badania w kierunku zwiększenia wachlarza zastosowań opisanych technik mogą w znaczącym stopniu przyczynić się do rozwoju nowoczesnej medycyny.
