Abstrakt:
Enteroskopia spiralna jest nową metodą w endoskopowym badaniu jelita cienkiego. Cechuje się wysoką skutecznością i bezpieczeństwem. Pozwala na wykrywanie różnych patologii w jelicie cienkim. Niedawno technika ta została jeszcze unowocześniona poprzez zmechanizowanie, co poskutkowało powstaniem MSE, czyli zmotoryzowanej enteroskopii spiralnej. Silnik jest umieszczony w uchwycie endoskopu i obraca on spiralną rurkę przymocowaną do rurki endoskopowej. Wykorzystanie zmotoryzowanego napędu umożliwia szybsze i głębsze wprowadzenie urządzenia w porównaniu do innych metod enteroskopowych. Pozwala też na skrócenie czasu zabiegu i może zapewnić przeprowadzenie pełnej enteroskopii w jednej sesji, przy wysokim powodzeniu diagnostycznym i terapeutycznym oraz z niską częstością wystąpienia zjawisk niepożądanych. Jest używana we współpracy z innymi metodami endoskopowymi, ale też staje się nową, lepszą alternatywą dla niektórych technik.

Abstract:
Spiral enteroscopy is a new method in the endoscopic examination of the small intestine. It is characterised by high efficiency and safety. It allows the detection of various pathologies in the small intestine. Recently, the technique has been further modernised by mechanisation, resulting in the development of MSE i.e. motorised spiral enteroscopy. A motor is placed in the endoscope holder and this rotates a spiral tube attached to the endoscope tube. The use of a motorised drive enables faster and deeper insertion compared to other enteroscopic methods. It also allows for shorter procedure time and can ensure that a complete enteroscopy can be performed in one session, with a high diagnostic and therapeutic success and a low incidence of adverse events. It is used in collaboration with other endoscopic methods, but is also becoming a new and better alternative to some techniques.
